Hawaiians, Maori, Vietnamese, Arabs, Mongols, Thais, & many others press their noses together in greetings, known in Hawai'i as 'Honi'.
This expression shares the breath of life, honoring each others spirit & each others ancestors.

Our Integrative psychotherapy experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychiatric care. with the focus always on your personal growth. We treat a number of mental & behavioral health disorders with a strong focus on holistic concepts & traditional plant medicine practices, such as La'au Lapu'au (Hawaiian), Zhongyao Xué (Chinese), and Ayurvedic (Indian) concepts.
We also incorporate meditation, art, diet & yoga into our core philosophy of care, as well as very conservatively prescribing medications when they are appropriate.
