Veterans 🎖️
Veterans may contact the Veterans Affairs, or your PCM for a referral to request the desired online tele-psychiatry services from us, which includes therapy, and/or medication management. After receiving a VA referral, digital intake forms will be sent to you. When we receive your completed forms, we will contact you to schedule an initial intake appointment. We have an open door policy for all veterans, and we are always accepting new VA patient referrals. Thank you for your service!
Active Military 🪖
TRICARE is the uniformed services health care program for active duty service members (ADSMs), active duty family members (ADFMs), National Guard and Reserve members and their family members, retirees and retiree family members, survivors, and certain former spouses worldwide. We have an open door policy for active duty members, We are always accepting new active duty patients.

Referrals 🏥
Referrals for outpatient mental or behavioral telehealth treatment from hospitals & clinics are easy to submit. We provide a referral button in our main website menu. Our referral form is HIPAA compliant, & our entire website is secured with AES-256 encryption. We accept mental & behavioral telehealth referrals for both medication management and/or therapy & counseling services.

New Patients 🆕
After receiving your information via voice mail or, upon scheduling an appointment date with us online, digital intake forms will be sent to your contact info. Our intake forms take about 20 minutes to complete & they need to be filled out completely & submitted to us at least 24 hours before your appointment time in order to give us permission to consult with you & provide psychiatric care. Automated appointment reminders & updates are sent out at set intervals from our practice management site, Tebra.com. Ensuring that we are always communicating our scheduling & delivering the highest quality mental health care.
Initial Intakes 📛
The first online tele-psychiatry appointment we will have is scheduled for 60 minutes but may go to 90 minutes depending on complexity. It consists of an interview of questions about your psychiatric history, medical history, current experience & the reason you are seeking treatment. After reviewing past & current symptoms we will discuss diagnosis & help you decide what treatment is the best fit for you, whether that is medication, therapy, or a combination of both.
Existing Patients 🫶🏽
Existing online tele-psychiatry patients that have already completed their initial intake appointments can request any additional appointments quickly & easily by submitting a request through our websites main appointments page.
Med Management ⚕️
Ongoing medication management treatment will include follow up telehealth visits every other week initially & then progress to monthly that are 15 minutes in length & cover ongoing evaluation of treatment, symptom management & goal progress.
Therapy & Counseling 🫂
Ongoing telehealth therapy can be weekly or every other week & is scheduled for 60 minutes. Sessions consist of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) along with education & skill building to assist you in finding the individual solutions you need to live the life you desire.
These services can be combined to fit your needs & schedule. We offer Group, Family, & Individual therapy & counseling services. Family counseling is appropriate for children ages 6 & up.

ADD / ADHD Testing 💻
Our practice uses Qbtech’s revolutionary online ADD / ADHD testing platform, Consisting of a 15 to 20 minute, FDA approved test that provides objective data for evaluating and treating ADHD, alongside other clinical measures. Laboratory Testing 🧪
We have partnered with Clinical Labs Of Hawaii for our patient lab testing. Traditional methods of medication management often involve a trial-and-error approach. With our diagnostic testing services, our providers can make more informed decisions, reducing the need for multiple medication adjustments before finding the optimal treatment.
