Once our team receives intake forms or fax, we will contact the patient or caregiver within 2–3 business days with digital intake forms sent from our telehealth platform.
We’ll verify insurance or offer self-pay options.
New patients are typically scheduled within a few days—not weeks or months.
Referring providers are contacted for collaboration or any records requests, if consent is given to do so.
