Medical Cannabis:
A patient must have one or more of the following conditions:
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
- Cancer
- Glaucoma
- Lupus
- Epilepsy
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Acquired immune deficiency syndrome
- Positive status for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV/AIDS)
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Or a chronic and/or debilitating disease, or medical condition, or it’s treatment that produces one or more of the following conditions:
- Cachexia or wasting syndrome
- Severe pain
- Severe nausea
- Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy, or
- Severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis or Crohn’s disease.

Initial Intake
After scheduling an appointment date with us, You will receive an email & text message from Tebra.com with all the forms needed to allow us to successfully process your intake. The intake forms take about 20 minutes to complete & they need to be filled out completely & submitted to us at least 24 hours before your Hawaii 329 Card appointment time in order to give us permission to consult with you & review your information.
Full Service 329 Cards
We process all of the required Dept. of Health online applications.
We pay all associated Hawaii 329 Card application fees for you.
After your appointment date, you will receive a hard copy of your 329 card in the mail in 4-8 weeks.
In the event your card is ever lost or damaged, there is also a $5 fee for replacement cards.

A patient is allowed up to four (4) ounces of usable cannabis. A patient is also allowed to grow up to 10 medical Cannabis at one time. They can be any combination of mature/immature. The growing plants are not considered to be "usable".

Card Certifications take a minimum of four (4) weeks to process and must be renewed every year to stay current. You will receive your Hawaii 329 Card in the mail about 4 - 8 weeks after the complete and accurate online application is received by the DOH.

There is no limit to the number of Hawaii 329 cards that a single residence can legally possess. We recommend that landowners execute detailed lease agreements with patients who want to grow cannabis plants on the landowner’s property.

Caregivers are still allowed and do not need to be a registered Hawaii 329 card patient. They are only allowed to care for one other patient besides themselves.

329 card-holders cannot register a new firearm. At present, there is no action to confiscate guns previously registered and held by current Hawaii 329 Card-holders.

Visitors to Hawaii are allowed to get their visiting “Visa” type cannabis permits. You may apply 60 days prior to the requested “start date" of the Hawaii 329 card.
