LeAnn Neilson is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in both Hawaii and Oregon, with a deep commitment to trauma-informed, integrative care. She is based on the Big Island and currently accepts new patients by referral only.
Her clinical focus includes supporting kupuna (elders), rural communities, and individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges. LeAnn brings over a decade of experience across outpatient psychiatry, and private practice, with a passion for bridging gaps in accessible psychiatric care across the Hawaiian islands.
