Chelsea is a nurse practitioner with dual-board certifications in psychiatric mental health (PMHNP-BC) and acute care (AGACNP-BC).  With over 14 years of experience in emergency medicine, including Level I and II Trauma Centers, she possesses a deep familiarity with ketamine as it is commonly utilized in emergency contexts. Chelsea blends her extensive experience with a deep compassion for mental health care. She is a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy provider, having completed the yearlong Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) training certification program, enhancing her expertise in psychotherapy, specifically in the realm of psychedelics.

Chelsea firmly believes that personal experiences with adversity enhance one's capacity to support others. Her holistic approach to patient care is grounded in evidence-based practice with a deep understanding that true healing involves caring for the body, mind, and soul. Collaborating closely with each individual, Chelsea strives to understand their unique needs and aspirations, crafting interventions that provide genuine relief and foster hope.

Originally from the mainland, Chelsea has been honored to call Hawaii home for the past three and a half years. Outside of her professional life, she finds solace in nature. Whether surfing, hiking, or spending time with animals, she believes deeply in the profound healing power of reconnecting with the natural world to maintain balance in both body and mind. She also loves soaking up knowledge about Hawaiian and Māori cultures, inspired by their rich traditions and wisdom.
